Outlook Conference

Our annual business Outlook conference provides insights into the year ahead combined with local industry discussions that offer an understanding of best practices. Held each Fall with half-day presentations in each province, more than 600 business leaders and government officials view this as a must attend event. Sponsorship opportunities include:

Major Projects

The Major Projects conference held each Spring showcases the exclusive results of APEC’s Major Projects Inventory (MPI), a unique source of detailed intelligence and analysis on Atlantic Canada's largest investment projects. Developed through a combination of research and interviews with the principals behind the region’s largest development initiatives, the Major Projects Inventory is not available from any other source. The conference is held in Halifax, Nova Scotia, St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador and Moncton, New Brunswick. Iy offers a detailed analysis of the 400+ projects that have the potential to reshape the region and drive economic development. It is a must attend event for business leaders seeking a competitive edge when it comes to planning, forecasting and project leads. A recent APEC membership survey identified Major Projects as one of the Council’s most important undertakings. Sponsorship opportunities include:

Internships

We are proud of our record training economists. Each year we hire student interns and provide them the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and publications.
