The path to truth and reconciliation coincides with inclusive economic development. Indigenous and non-Indigenous organizations can mutually benefit by bringing together their expertise, traditional knowledge and focus on sustainability. This will help to grow the Atlantic Canada’s economy while protecting the environment.
 
Regional firms need to unlock the full potential of the Indigenous economy, employing Indigenous workers and collaborating with Indigenous entrepreneurs and businesses.

This session will feature a panel of speakers, including businesses that have partnered with Indigenous organizations. Speakers will describe the mutual benefits for Indigenous and non-Indigenous organizations and share their motivations for Indigenous partnerships, lessons learned, and opportunities for further collaboration. 

There will be a Q&A period following the presentations.
