The Annual General Meeting of the members of the Atlantic Provinces Economic Council/Conseil Économique Des Provinces De L’Atlantique (the “Corporation”) will be held virtually (via Zoom) on Friday, September 25th, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. - 9:25 a.m. We welcome all APEC member to participate but members must pre-register by Wednesday, September 23, 2020.

The AGM will include the following agenda items:

1. To receive and approve the 2019-2020 audited financial statements;
2. To appoint auditors for 2020-2021;
3. To elect the directors of the Corporation;
4. To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
