The Atlantic Provinces Economic Council (APEC), on behalf of the Council of Atlantic Premiers (CAP), is seeking to identify barriers or irritants to business investment and the movement of goods, services and labour between jurisdictions.

The goal of this confidential survey is to generate a list of action items for the four Atlantic Premiers to address to help strengthen the region’s economy. Issues that affect Atlantic firms doing business within the Atlantic provinces or in other jurisdictions are both of interest to the Premiers.
