A new report from the Atlantic Provinces Economic Council (APEC), “Moving Forward: The Need for an Atlantic Regulatory and Cooperation Agreement,” report presents a practical and detailed proposal to advance regional regulatory alignment and government cooperation among the four Atlantic provinces.
